If you own a property and would like us to consider including it in our portfolio as serviced accommodation we would be delighted to hear from you. Many of our clients are professional people or corporate clients who are looking for an alternative to hotel living. Therefore the specification of furnishing and fittings is naturally higher than those for an Assured Shorthold Tenancy but then again the rental income is higher too!

We will market your property on your behalf, taking full responsibility for collecting rental payments and security deposits.

Rental income: All guests are asked to pay the full rental in advance and a security deposit is taken in every case to cover damage or extra cleaning on departure of each guest.

Marketing partnership service - How it works

This service allows you to offer a wider property marketing base to your clients. Your clients' properties are added to our extensive online marketing database, which promotes properties across the UK. By utilising internet, press & magazine advertising and our existing customer database, we can help you ensure your clients' properties are regularly booked. Commission is only paid when a booking is confirmed.
